| **Obviously, recordkeeping was not an early priority. This, our
first show, was in the second half of December, and the band's lineup included
Dave Gioia on keyboard. It was his first and last show with us.
What was the date? Who else played? We don't remember. We've listed it as having taken place at the Centro Sociale,
but the venue wasn't even organized yet as the art collective
that came to be known by that name.
We were supposed to play again that New Year's Eve, but Duane
broke his leg in a construction accident, and was out of service for
the next four months.
